Your Role

We are looking for a driven and curious tester who will work on the implementation of next-generation secure IT environments. You will be part of a tight DevOps team, where you work on both the development of existing IT environments and the integration of new IT environments. The team consists of competent employees with extensive experience and expertise in the field, and you have a strong security mindset in everything you do. In this position, you will have the opportunity to influence and help develop our future IT environments. Here, you can make a real difference.

• Test development
• Test automation
• Designing tests based on business and regulatory requirements
• Compliance testing and verification of security requirements related to these
• Functional testing for IT infrastructure
• Other types of testing within IT infrastructure

Your Profile

In the role of a tester, you should be meticulous, have analytical skills, and be accustomed to troubleshooting at a detailed level. To succeed in this assignment, we prefer that you have a background as a tester of large IT environments with a good understanding of requirements management, but even if you have previously worked with IT and have an interest in the testing area, you are warmly welcome to apply. If you have worked with complex testing environments before, it is an advantage, but regardless of experience, we see it as a must that you are curious with a strong desire to learn new things.

We are looking for testers with experience/competence in:

• Experience working as a tester within infrastructure
• Experience in developing test cases based on requirements and system descriptions
• Good understanding of large-scale IT infrastructure
• Documentation and preparation of technical reports

Desirable skills:

• Functional testing from an IT security perspective
• Powershell
• REST
• Testing tools/test frameworks such as Jenkins and TestNG/JUnit
• Agile methodologies

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
